Carrera Williams is a board certified Nurse Practitioner serving the Cape Girardeau area since 2020. Carrera has been married to her wonderful husband Trevor since 2013 and has three children, Lilith, Dresden and Beckett.
Carrera graduated with her Master’s degree in 2017 and has a wide range of experience including primary care, OB-GYN, pediatrics, orthopedics and functional medicine. Frustrated by the traditional medical model and the growing opioid crisis Carrera knew that she needed to be the change she wanted to see in healthcare and so she decided to devote her career fully to functional medicine which is when she found PC Medical Centers.
In joining PC Medical Centers in 2020 Carrera was able to align herself with a company that shares her mission, vision and values. Carrera believes in the power of an integrated approach to healthcare. “Providing a patient-centric team approach to healthcare improves outcomes, which is more than just quality of care, it’s quality of life”. She strives to bring human connection back to the provider/patient experience and is so thankful to be working with a great team that understands and values the same experience.
Dr. Gregory Pursley, D.C.

Gregory W. Pursley, DC is a licensed Chiropractor serving the Cape Girardeau community. Dr. Pursley has been happily married since 2004 to wife Sheree. They have two children, Evee-Kay born in 2005, and Izaac born in 2008.
Dr. Pursley has been treating patients at PC Medical Centers in Cape Girardeau, Missouri since 2006, which is the year he graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis. With his experience, Dr. Pursley has made a commitment to promoting optimal health and the well being of all of his patients.
Dr. Pursley uses a “whole person approach”. This approach to wellness means looking for underlying causes of any disturbance or disruption (which may or may not be causing symptoms at the time) and make whatever interventions and lifestyle adjustments that would optimize the conditions for normal function. Using this unique approach, Dr. Pursley is able to help you to accelerate and/or maintain your journey to good health.

Dr. Aaron Andrews, D.C

Aaron Andrews, DC is a licensed Chiropractor serving the Cape Girardeau community. Dr. Andrews has been happily married to his wife, Angie, for 13 years. Together they have a wonderful, blended family with four great-children; Jackson, Karsyn, Karsyn, and Addisyn. That is not a typo; Dr. Andrews and Angie were so meant to be they each gave their child the same name before they met. What a fun family story!
Dr. Andrews joined Dr. Pursley, at PC Medical Centers, in February 2020. He is a graduate of Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri. During his studies, Dr. Andrews also achieved the Diplomate of Chiropractic Neurology, which allows him to treat more complex conditions like ADD/ADHD, Multiple Sclerosis, and Peripheral Neuropathy among other conditions. He is also certified in Acupuncture and Auriculotherapy. Dr. Andrews began practicing 18 years ago and continues to enjoy his work and the opportunity to help others.
With his experience, Dr. Andrews has made a commitment to promoting optimal health and the well-being of all of his patients. Dr. Andrews also emphasizes a “whole person approach” and is very excited to be working alongside Dr. Pursley to better the lives of patients in the area and grow The Premier Chiropractic Care Practice in Southeast Missouri.
Kara McGahey

With over 25 years of executive-level administration and HR experience, Kara McGahey plays a vital role in keeping PC Medical Centers running smoothly. As Clinic Director, she is dedicated to ensuring that both patients and staff have the best experience possible.
Kara is a proud Christian, married to her husband Jay for 29 years. Together, they have a son, a daughter, and a grandson. In her free time, she enjoys fishing, four-wheeling, pickleball, and horseback riding.
Lora Borgfield
Front Desk Manager
If you’ve visited PC Medical Centers, chances are Lora Borgfield was one of the first friendly faces to greet you! As our Front Desk Manager, she has been a vital part of our team for nearly 14 years, making her the longest-standing employee here. Lora loves getting to know our patients and treats them like family.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Tim, and their two kids. She’s a big fan of summer, the outdoors, and soaking up quality time with her loved ones. Stop by and say hello—she’s always happy to help!
Caitlyn Payne
Front Desk
Caitlyn Payne is one of the friendly faces at our front desk, helping schedule patients and keeping things running smoothly at PC Medical Centers. With a background in medical office specialization, she started as an intern right out of high school before gaining valuable experience in training and assembly work for eight years.
Outside of work, Caitlyn loves spending quality time with her husband, son, and family. She enjoys being outdoors whenever she can, whether it’s exploring nature or just enjoying the fresh air. Be sure to say hello next time you visit!
Josie Yount
Exercise Therapist
Josie Yount is the Exercise Therapist at PC Medical Centers. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Management Exercise Science from Southeast Missouri State University (SEMO). Passionate about helping patients improve their mobility and well-being, she plays a key role in guiding them through personalized treatment plans. Outside of work, Josie loves spending time with her husband and two boys. Whether playing in the creek on their farm or setting off on fun adventures, she cherishes every moment with her family.
Johnna Fisher
Medical Assistant
Johnna Fisher is the Medical Assistant at PC Medical Centers with over 20 years of experience in the medical field. She attended Metro Business College and has dedicated her career to providing compassionate care and helping patients achieve their health goals. Her passion for patient well-being is evident in her commitment to their progress and success. Outside of work, Johnna enjoys camping, traveling to new places, and spending quality time with her family, dogs, and seven grandchildren.

Geenath Rathnayake is the Marketing Coordinator for PC Medical Centers. He attended Southeast Missouri State University (SEMO), earning an MBA in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. Passionate about content creation, Geenath enjoys developing engaging social media material that educates, entertains, and highlights the incredible progress of PC Medical Centers’ patients. In his off time, he loves traveling to new places, exploring different cultures, and trying local cuisines. In his free time, he enjoys playing sports like cricket, staying active outdoors, and spending quality time with his family.
Jamie Rosborg
Insurance Biller & Coder
Jamie Rosborg is the Insurance Biller and Coder at PC Medical Centers, bringing over 23 years of experience in medical billing and coding. She is passionate about her work and enjoys getting to know the patients, finding it incredibly rewarding to see their progress throughout their treatment. Jamie is married and a proud mother of three—Collin (25), Abbey (20), and Logan (15). She also has a beloved rescue dog named Buddy. A true summer enthusiast, she loves anything that involves soaking up the sun, from beach days to outdoor adventures.
